Horyaal Hive is a newly established Community Interest Company (CIC) founded by members of the community who were born or raised in the UK and have experienced the barriers and challenges faced by their community firsthand. Our organisation is rooted in lived experience, shaped by resilience, and driven by a desire to create lasting, transformative change.
We are building a platform that offers direct support through culturally relevant programs aimed at promoting inclusion, empowerment, and holistic well-being. We concentrate on connecting vulnerable individuals to available systems and services.

Economic Challenges: High unemployment rates, low business representation, poverty & financial instability.
Education Barriers: Low academic achievement, limited parental involvement, high internal and external exclusion rates.
Housing Instability: Overcrowding, social housing dependence, low home ownership rates.
Mental Health Stigma & Lack of Support: Cultural stigma around mental health, limited access to mental health services.
Crime & Youth Disengagement: High risk of gang involvement, over representation in the criminal justice system.
Barriers to Healthcare Access: Language & cultural barriers, Lack of awareness to services.
Integration & Inclusion: Limited representation & Limited social integration.
